José Luis Rayos works with his hands in an ambiguous way between drawing and sculpture.
A line of wire, the grid of a metal mesh, the space they surround and the shadow they project is all the material available. With sculpture as a starting point, the author begins a creative and perceptual process that is built from the simplest, evoking, above all, emptiness.
José Luis Rayos trabaja con sus manos de forma ambigua entre el dibujo y la escultura.
Una línea de alambre, la retícula de una malla metálica, el espacio que envuelven y la sombra que proyectan es todo el material disponible. Con la escultura como punto de partida, el autor inicia un proceso creativo y perceptivo que se construye desde lo más simple, evocando, sobre todo, el vacío.
